How long does it take to receive the email verification?
In general, you will receive the email verification within 1 minute. If you still haven't received it, please wait for a couple more minutes to allow the system to reach your inbox. Please also try to refresh your inbox.
I still do not receive the email verification. What should I do?
If you still haven't received your email verification, please do check your Spam Folder because sometimes our email could be mistakenly seen as a Spam by your email. If you do find the email verification in your Spam Folder, please mark it as not a spam and move it to your primary inbox before verifying your email.
Note: Email verification from Spam Folder would not work in most cases.
"Verification token not found." What should I do?
In most cases, this happens because you click on the verification button for more than 1 time. Don't worry because your account has been verified, so try logging into your Snapask account. If you are still unable to login, please reach out to us for further support on your Snapask journey.
I tried to sign up via Social Media (Facebook) but it's not working. What should I do?
There are two things you can check first:
1. Make sure you have not registered Snapask account before.
2. Screenshot the issue and contact us with detailed information
I have not signed up before but it says my number is already registered.
