How can I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, please select 1 of the 2 following methods to reset it:
- Through the App
- Through the Website
Through the App:
- Open Snapask App, click "Sign In", then click "Forgot Password". [Image]
- Enter your registered email address or phone numbers of your Snapask account. [Image]
- Click "Send reset link". [Image]
- You will receive an email or a text message with the link to reset your password.
- Set up your new password and try logging into your account with your new password.
Through the Website:
- Go to https://snapask.com, click "Sign In", then click "Forgot Password". [Image]
- Enter your registered email address or phone numbers of your Snapask account. [Image]
- Click "Send reset link". [Image]
- You will receive an email or a text message with the link to reset your password.
- Set up your new password and try logging into your account with your new password.
I did not receive the email or text message. What should I do?
If you still did not receive an email or text message, please reach out to us for further support on your Snapask journey.
Note: Don't forget to check your Spam Folder or choose the right country code before you input your phone number.
