What are tutor ratings?
Tutor ratings give students a way to send feedback about their session with you. At the end of every session, students may leave a rating from 1 to 5 stars, with 5 being the highest. They may also leave a short review and indicate any points that they think could be done better in future sessions.
Where can I see my tutor rating?
You can find your average rating on your Tutor Dashboard. Make sure you’ve logged in to the Snapask app, then follow these steps:
- Click on “Dashboard” on the bottom right of the app. [Image]
- Swipe left through the different headers until you reach “Ratings.” [Image]
- The dashboard will display your current average rating. You will also see a graph showing your average rating from month to month, as well as a comparison with top tutors’ average ratings.
Can students see my ratings?
Yes, they can. Your average rating is displayed on your Tutor profile. Any reviews left by students will also be shown on your profile, arranged according to the most recent review.
I received an unfair rating. What can I do?
If you feel that a student’s rating was unreasonable or unfair, you may report the session to us for review. [Image]
Sessions and the corresponding ratings will be reviewed based on the PDCA standards and code of conduct that Tutors are required to follow. If the rating is found to be unfair, the rating will be invalidated.
To learn more about these rules, please refer to the Tutor Handbook.
The student didn’t rate the session. Will this affect me?
No, it won't, unrated sessions will not be factored into your average rating.
