How long does it take to receive a verification code?

In general, a verification code is sent to you via SMS within 1-5 minutes. If you don’t see a confirmation message, try refreshing the page. If the same issue continues, contact us.

I cannot receive the verification code/mail via SMS/mail.

Please go to your profile page and enter your phone numbers/email address. After the modification is made, you will receive messages regarding the verification.

My phone number is used. What should I do?

If you encounter such notice and you feel that you have never registered your phone number in Snapask before, please immediately reach out to us so that we can help assist you further on your Snapask journey.
