Why does my account always log out automatically?
Auto logout usually will not happen to you if you are only using 1 or 2 devices. If you are only using up to 2 devices and you experience the auto-logout issue, please reach out to us for further support on your Snapask journey.
However, you will experience the auto-logout issue if you are using more than 2 devices. For example, if your 1st device is logged in to your Snapask account and then you log in into your 2nd device, your 1st device won't experience any auto log out. If you then log in to your 3rd device, you will still be able to log in, but your 1st device will be auto-logged out. In summary, you will only be able to do multiple logins to your 2 most recent devices.
Why can't I log in on Multiple Devices?
You can do multiple logins on Multiple Devices, however, you can only do it up to 2 devices. If you login to more than 2 devices, you will only be logged in to your 2 most recent devices in which the rest of devices will be auto-logged out.
This is done to protect your account's security and privacy.
