Where can I get course materials and notes? 

Students who have purchased the course can watch it on the App or on their computer. 

Version of the app> To take lessons, go to the Snapask app's "Learning" page; 

Version for computers> To pick the courses that have been purchased, log in to snapask.com and navigate to "DSE Courses." 

** E-notes can only be downloaded through the App course's "Related Textbooks." Physical notes are not provided in this course. Thank you for your understanding.

Can Snapask course be refunded？

It is not applicable for a refund. If you need further assistant, please contact Customer Service at 3706 5070 from 10 am-11 pm (Mon- Fri) or email at cs-hk @snapask.com

Snapask course can be viewed on digital devices only. (Mobile App & tablet) 

Important notice

In case of any inconsistency between the electronic version and the physical notes

version, the electronic version shall prevail.
