How do I renew my subscription?
Plans purchased via credit card
When you purchase a Snapask subscription using your credit card, the subscription automatically renews each month.
For plans with fixed terms (e.g., annual plans), subscriptions will automatically renew each month until the end of the plan's term.
Plans purchased through bank transfer or PayNow
When you purchase a subscription through bank transfer or PayNow, you may renew your subscription by following these steps:
- Log in to your account on the Snapask website
- Select the plan you wish to purchase
- Choose "Bank transfer" or "PayNow" for your payment method and follow the corresponding instructions
- Send us proof of payment via WhatsApp

How do I cancel or modify my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may send us a request at firstname.lastname@example.org or through the Snapask app. Please send your request at least 5 working days before your upcoming billing date.
To help us assist you better, please include the following details in your cancellation request:
- Email address that you used to register for your Snapask account
- Mobile number (for any follow-up actions or clarifications regarding your request)
- Reason for cancellation
