I have a question on checking my session balance

How do I check my current session balance?

We made it very easy for you to look for your current session balance. There are 2 ways for you to check on it from the app:

1. Through the "Ask Now" button
2. Through your profile page

The first easy method is through the "Ask Now" button:

1. Click on the "Ask Now" button at the top of the page.
2. You will see a window to choose between 2 kinds of sessions.
   
3. Your session balance is right below each type of session.

The second easy method is through your profile page:

1. At the homepage, click on your profile picture on the upper-left corner of the screen.
   
   
2. Click on "My Balance"
   
   
   
   
3. You will see your current session balance as well as your remaining "Designated Question" for the week.

What if I want to check my current session balance from the website?

Click on "My Questions" header at the top of the page after you log in. You will directly be able to see your remaining session balance for each type of session on the upper-left corner of the page.
