What is Favourite Tutor?

Sometimes, you come across a great Tutor whose teaching style works well for you. In Snapask, you can easily build a list of those Tutors with the Favourite Tutor feature.

This feature helps you find the Tutor easily later. Once you've added a Tutor as a favourite, you can also ask them questions directly by sending a "Designated Question".

How can I find my Favourite Tutor list?

To find the list of your favourite Tutors, go to the "Messages" tab and click on the heart symbol on the upper-right corner of the screen.

How can I favourite a Tutor?

You can favourite a Tutor anytime! If you find a Tutor that you love and want to keep them in your Favourite Tutor list, follow these steps:

1. During your session with a Tutor, open the tutor's profile by clicking on the Tutor's profile picture or username at the top of the screen.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Below his/her profile picture and username, click on the heart symbol.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Once it changes colour, then you have successfully marked the Tutor as one of your favourite Tutors.
   
   

If you miss it during your session with the Tutor, you can still favourite the Tutor by opening the Tutor profile from your Question History. (Learn more about Question History here).

Note that you cannot favourite a Tutor from the website, so use the Snapask app to build your Favourite Tutor list!
