How do I report a session?
We're sorry to hear that you encountered issues on our platform. Don't worry — our team is ready to support you.
You can report an unsatisfactory session or issues by following these steps:
- In your session, click on the 3 dots symbol at the upper-right hand corner of the session page.
- Click "Report" and fill in the details of your issue with the session.
- Click "Send".
If you have already ended a session, you can still send a report by opening the session in your Question History. (Click here to learn more about Question History.)
Once you press "Send", your report will be sent to our team and we will reply within 1 working day.
What should I do if the Tutor took too long to assist me?
If the Tutor took more than 30 minutes to get back to you, you can end the session and report it to us. We will look into the session further and take appropriate actions for you.
