How long does it take to receive the email verification?
In general, you will receive the email verification within 1 minute. If you still haven't received it, please wait for a couple more minutes to allow the system to reach your inbox. Please also try to refresh your inbox.
I still haven't received the email verification. What should I do?
If you still haven't received your email verification, please do check your Spam Folder because sometimes our email could be mistakenly seen as a Spam by your email.
If you do find the email verification in your Spam Folder, please mark it as not a spam and move it to your primary inbox before verifying your email.
Note: Clicking the email verification directly from your Spam Folder will not work in most cases.
I'm getting an error that says, "Verification token not found." What should I do?
In most cases, this happens because you click on the verification button for more than 1 time. Don't worry because your account has been verified, so try logging into your Snapask account.
