If you forgot your password, you can use one of the following methods to reset it:
- Through the App
- Through the Website
Through the App:
- Open the Snapask App, click "Sign In", then click "Forgot Password".
- Enter the registered email address or phone number of your Snapask account.
- Click "Send reset link".
- You will receive an email or a text message with the link to reset your password.
- Set up your new password and try logging into your account with your new password.
Through the Website:
- Go to https://snapask.com, click "Sign In", then click "Forgot Password".
- Enter your registered email address or phone numbers of your Snapask account.
- Click "Send reset link".
- You will receive an email or a text message with the link to reset your password.
- Set up your new password and try logging into your account with your new password.
I haven't received the email or text message. What should I do?
If you still haven't received an email or text message, please reach out to us for further support on your Snapask journey.
Note: Don't forget to check your Spam Folder. When typing your phone number, remember to choose the right country code.
