Why does my account always log out automatically?
You can only use Snapask on 2 devices at the same time. If you attempt to log into more than 2 devices with your Snapask account, you will be automatically logged out of the first device that you logged into.
For example: You have logged into Device A and then use the same Snapask account to log into Device B. You may use Snapask on Device A and Device B at the same time. However, if you then log into Device C, you will be logged out automatically from Device A. You will then be able to continue using Snapask on Devices B and C.

Why can't I log in on Multiple Devices?
You may log into the same Snapask account on up to 2 devices at a time. For example, you can use the same Snapask account simultaneously on your phone and laptop. If you try to log into a third device, you will be automatically logged out of the first device you had logged into. This is done to protect your account's security and privacy.
