What exactly are tutor recommendations?
Recommendations allow you to share a great session that you've had. When you recommend a session, the session will be displayed or shared on the Snapask app!
Other students will then be able to read through your recommended session and see how great your session was with the Tutor.
Click on "Messages" to view recommended sessions!
How do recommendations help me?
If you’re new to the Snapask app, recommendations give you a head start! You can view these recommended sessions to find highly rated Tutors quickly.
When you view a recommended session, you will also have the option to add the Tutor to your Favourite Tutor list, or even send them a question directly by using Designated Question.
How do I recommend a session and the Tutor?
The option to recommend the session will only appear for sessions that you have rated with 5 stars. (Learn more about Rating Tutors here.)
Once you submit a 5-star rating, you will see a window asking if you’d like to recommend the session. If you do, just click on “Recommend”.
The Tutor will then be notified. If they accept the recommendation request, the session will be included among the recommendations that are rotated within the app.
