- Login to your Snapask account on the app
- Click on the bell icon at the upper right of the screen
- Click on “Contact us”, then select “Start a Conversation” to open a support ticket
- Send us a description of the issue, as well as:
- Your phone model and OS version (e.g., iOS or Android, with version number if possible)
- Your Snapask app version
Through the Website
- From this FAQ page, click on “Submit a request” on the upper-right of the page
