How do I know if there are new questions?
Whenever a student posts a question under any of your approved subjects, you will get a notification on your phone or in your desktop browser.
To make sure you don’t miss any new questions, please make sure to allow notifications for the Snapask app or from the Snapask website.
I haven’t been receiving notifications. What can I do?
If you are using the Snapask app:
- Make sure that you have turned on notifications for the app.
- If notifications are on but you have not received any, try logging out of the app. Wait for a few minutes and login again.
If you are using Snapask on your browser, clear your browser’s cache and history, then login to your Snapask account again. If the issue persists, please contact us for support.
