How will tutor ratings affect me?

The student didn’t rate the session. Will this affect me?

No, it won't. Unrated sessions will not be factored into your average rating.

Where can I see my tutor rating?

You can find your average rating on your Tutor Dashboard. Make sure you’ve logged in to the Snapask app, then follow these steps:

1. Click on “Dashboard” on the bottom right of the app.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Swipe left through the different headers until you reach “Ratings.”
   
   
   
   
   
3. The dashboard will display your current average rating. You will also see a graph showing your average rating from month to month, as well as a comparison with top tutors’ average ratings.

Can students see my ratings?

Yes, they can. Your average rating is displayed on your Tutor profile. Any reviews left by students will also be shown on your profile, arranged according to the most recent review.
