I have a question about course access

I've bought a course. How do I start watching the videos?

Welcome aboard! Ready to start learning? There are two ways you can access your course:

In app:

1. Log into your Snapask account
2. Tap on the Watch tab

   

3. Under My courses, you'll find all the courses that you can access. Tap on the course you want to watch.
   
4. Go to Lessons to view the course playlist, then tap on a lesson to start!
   

Through the Snapask website:

1. Log into your Snapask account
2. Go to https://snapask.com/en-sg/course
   
3. Under Continue watching, you'll find all the courses that you can access. Click on the course you want to watch.
   
4. The first episode of the course will automatically start. To start a different lesson, scroll through the course playlist and click on the lesson title.
   

How long do I have access to my course?

You’ll have lifetime access to the course(s) you’ve purchased. There are also no limits on how often you can watch the episodes, so feel free to rewatch each course as much as you like!
