What is Snapask Rating Standard?
Snapask Students give ratings on:
1. Response time: Has the tutor responded in a timely manner?
2. Knowledgeable: Was correct answer/direction was provided?
3. Clear explanation: Has the concept provided with a clear explanation from the tutor?
4. Attitude: Was a tutor patient and in a manner during the session?
Are students required to rate?
After the end of a session, students have the option to decline to rate the tutor. Please do not worry, this will not negatively affect your overall rating.
Can a tutor rate a student?
We do not currently offer the function for tutors to leave a rating for students. If you have suffered from abuse during the session or if the student left you with an unfair rating, please feel free to contact us. We can investigate the case for you.
What can I do if I receive an unfair rating? Can this rating be invalidated?
If you think a received rating for an ended session is false or unfair based on our Rating Standard, please contact us.
If the reason is valid after our investigation, we may possibly invalidate the ratings against you. If we do not get back to you regarding your appeal, please consider your appeal unsuccessful.
Will my account be deactivated if I fall below a certain rating?
One of Snapask' s missions is to bring a change to our education and create a better future for the next generation. For us to do that, your commitment to sharing the knowledge and experience in the study with our students is a must so that we can deliver greater education to our students together.
Because of this, we manage the great quality of our platform so that we provide an improved session to students with our Probation program:
To become a permanent Tutor, you will have to fulfill the following requirements within the next 2 weeks:
1) Answer at least 10 questions
2) Gain an average rating of 4.0 or above
You will be notified via email if you were to be under Probation period and if the requirements are failed to be met, you will, unfortunately, be disqualified as a Snapask Tutor.
We developed these criteria based on our extensive experience interacting with members of our community and believe this will help our community to understand what to expect from us and what we expect of.
