My tutor went offline and the answer was not provided immediately. What should I do?
While most tutors respond to question within a minute, very few tutors rarely may not. A good way to get a session start is to look at their rating located under their profile when matching process. If a tutor is not responsive within 15 minutes, we encourage to end the session and submit a report to us by 'Report Abuse' inside the troubled session thread on App. We will reach out to you at our earliest time possible.
Tutor did not solve my question. What should I do?
We are sorry that this happened to you. Our tutor application process ensures that only the most capable individuals are allowed to teach subjects on Snapask. However, once in a while, even the best make mistakes.
If you notice that answer provided by tutor is incorrect or not what you expected, inform your tutor. You can either give them the chance to re-provide the solution and continue on with your learning. If the tutoring did not address your question eventually, you can request a refund for question quota.
Please contact us to report the issue. We will reach out to you at our earliest time possible.
How many times I can reject tutors?
This feature is available for paid users only. You can decline and reject tutors that you don't want to learn with up to 3 times for every question submitted. You will be paired with the 4th tutor that picks up your questions.
If you wish to get your question quota back if no tutor matches meet your expectations, you may cancel the question to retrieve the question quota.
