I am not getting any notifications when questions are asked. Is there an issue from my side?
If you didn’t receive a notification from us, first, make sure that the notification function for the app on your phone is turned on.
If the same issue keeps happening, please contact us.
How many questions can I answer simultaneously?
It is advisable for a tutor to answer less than 10 questions simultaneously. However, it is important that tutors are responsible for being responsive and attentive to the student's needs in the session. Therefore, do refrain from responding to too many questions at once.
Can I end the session first?
If you confirm that the student's one question is answered, or you have not received any reply from your student after 15 minutes, we advise you to politely explain your student the current situation from the conversation, and end the session.
Can I use web browser to answer questions?
Yes. You can use your laptop or desktop computer to answer questions through website.
Can I use mobile browser to answer questions?
No. You will need to download Snapask app if you would like to answer questions through your mobile phones.
Where can I access my account on Snapask webiste?
Step 1: Click log in on the upper-right corner of Snapask website
Step 2: Click the corresponding icon to log in (FB, Email or username)
Step 3: Click sessions and start helping out students!
